What the Bundle Covers

This bundle can be added to an eligible plan at an additional cost. The benefits that are included in this optional bundle are:

Trip Cancellation
- Adds covered reasons: Your river cruise is unable to operate its scheduled itinerary due to insufficient or excessive water levels along the scheduled route, and the travel supplier provides only land-based alternative accommodations.
Trip Interruption
- Adds covered reasons: Your river cruise is unable to operate its scheduled itinerary due to insufficient or excessive water levels along the scheduled route, and the travel supplier provides only land-based alternative accommodations.
Additional Trip Interruption for Shore Excursions
- If you must interrupt your trip for a covered reason, this adds reimbursement for shore excursions, theater, concert or event tickets or processing fees, or sightseeing if such arrangements are made for your trip.
Itinerary Change
- If the cruise line, travel supplier, or common carrier makes a change to your itinerary and prevents you from participating in previously scheduled events/activities or eliminates a destination from the originally scheduled itinerary, we will reimburse you for the unused, forfeited expenses.
Travel Inconvenience
- Offers reimbursement due to a covered inconvenience during the trip.
Baggage Delay
- Adds to the maximum benefit amount in the base plan.
Baggage & Personal Effects (for Deluxe and Essential plans only)
- Adds to the maximum benefit amount in the base plan.
