Travel Insured won the award within the “Overall Travel Insurance” category with their entry “Everyday Innovation and Crisis Management.” The entry highlighted the sophisticated systems Travel Insured implemented to meet rising customer demands during the COVID-19 pandemic influx. The organization upgraded to a cloud-based phone system and decreased wait times by launching their web-based chat bot, Atlas, an innovative tool with the ability to answer common questions quickly and accurately.
