We can reimburse You, up to $500 ($50 per day), to cover the necessary additional kennel fees or expenses if you are delayed past the Scheduled Return Date for at least 3 consecutive hours while en route to Your Return Destination. You must have placed Your Pet in a licensed commercial kennel for the duration of your trip and be unable to collect your pet on the day previously agreed upon with the kennel.
