What Pet Kennel Covers

We will reimburse You, up to $500 ($50 per day), to cover the necessary additional kennel fees or expenses if you are delayed past the Scheduled Return Date for at least 3 consecutive hours while en route to Your Return Destination. You must have placed Your Pet in a licensed commercial kennel for the duration of your trip and be unable to collect your pet on the day previously agreed upon with the kennel.

You must provide the following documentation when presenting a claim:

Written confirmation of the reasons for the delay from the Common Carrier whose delay resulted in the loss, including, but not limited to, schedule departure and return times and actual departure and return times;

Written confirmation from the licensed commercial kennel advising the original pick-up date and the actual pick-up date; and

Receipts for the expenses incurred.
