Sales & Account Management Support
Just like every Host Agency, we know that your business is unique and you may not do business the same way as other members of your same network. No matter where you are located, or where your Host Agency is headquartered, you have access to dedicated resources.
Commission Protection Program
When your client purchases any of the Worldwide Trip Protector plans, and then must cancel the trip for a covered pre-departure trip cancellation claim, Travel Insured will protect 100% of your lost travel supplier commissions, up to a maximum of 15% of your client's full trip cost. Advisor Dashboard Capabilities
Travel Insured partners have access to our Advisor Dashboard, which is where you can quote, purchase, and manage your clients' travel protection plans. Modifications to plans can be made online, such as changes to travel dates, trip costs, and name corrections. There are additional resources on the Dashboard for marketing, training, and tracking your sales throughout the year. We hope to make it as easy as possible to manage travel protection at your own convenience, but our support team remains available when you need extra assistance.
Email Quotes
Our Post Quote email program is the best way to present travel protection to your clients. They receive a link to their custom quote that you create, complete with price and plan details. If they like what they see they can either contact you or purchase themselves directly through the link, which automatically includes your information so you receive full credit for the purchase.
Note: Make sure you enter your business name when creating your Login ID so we can include it, rather than your host agency’s name, in the email quotes. If you already have a Login ID, please contact us and we can input your business name for you.
Industry Associations
Travel Insured has been one of the biggest advocates of travel advisors, and in addition to offering direct support to our partners we also provide significant support to industry organizations that are fighting for your business, specifically ASTA and PATH.
If you are not a member of ASTA and/or NACTA, you should be! Travel Insured has been a supporter of ASTA for many years. We have also been a strong supporter of PATH, and many of the changes we have made to our support structure have come directly from the feedback received from this organization.
