In a newly created position part of the Sales & Account Management reorganization, Phil leads a dedicated team committed to working with interested partners as they start their partnership with Travel Insured. In addition to Business Development, he continues to lead the ever-growing Host Agency Division. Lastly, he supports Travel Insured’s Consortia Relationships and Key Partnerships.

Prior to Travel Insured and up until 2022, Phil coached and consulted youth hockey organizations in Connecticut, New York, and Florida. Many of his former players went on to have stellar collegiate careers at the NCAA Division 1 and 3 levels. Several of those teams he helped coached qualified for USA Hockey Nationals on a regular basis. One of his favorite coaching experiences was in 2006 at the International Pee Wee Quebec Tournament, having helped guide the Arby’s Avalanche organization to their first Pee Wee Quebec Championship. Having the opportunity to coach 12-year-olds playing for a crowd of 17,000 was an unforgettable experience for Phil and the team. Watching them host the trophy and skate around like it was the Stanley Cup is one of his absolute favorite memories, whether coaching or in his playing days.

When not representing Travel Insured in the travel industry, you can find Phil enjoying all the activities that the Sunshine State has to offer, such as boating, biking, sporting events and listening to live music.
